I have a scholastic order open if anyone is interested. If you're in Lincoln I'll deliver. If you're not, I'll ship them to you. I doubt shipping would be too much.

I get so excited every month when Blake brings home his scholastic orders!  We always let him pick out a couple and then we get a few as well for him.  He loves sititng down to read them when they come in...another way to make the reading fun!

Alissa brought hers home last week, and I was quite disappointed w/ the selection. It seemed that 75% of the things listed were DS games, or something similar. The only thing she was interested in, book-wise, was the set of the Wimpy Kid books, and she's already read 2 of them. So, I told her we'd order a couple of books off amazon. I know it doesn't help her class, but I just can't get behind ordering video games from a scholastic order.

I KNOW! I really don't like when there are so many books that are all Disney crap or there are tons of video games. I do, however, get all excited for their books on cd and there's even a DVD of Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus this month and I'm all giddy excited. 

There are a lot more things online than in the magazines that go home and I usually buy those things for my kids, both my home kids and my school kids.
