As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. What kind of wills do I need?
Living will, reg will? last will and testament?

Living Will addresses medical care and treatment you wish to receive/not receive....Like feeding tubes, respirators, etc. This kicks in when you are still alive but not able to make medical decisions. Think the Terri Schiavo case.
Will/Last Will and Testament- these are the same things. This is what happens to your belongings once you have passed. If you don't have a Will, you die "Intestate" which means your heirs get stuff in accordance with state law.
Your decision as to what you need. Depends on what you want to do.
