As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community.   • yeah, that is why more people don't seek out therapy when they really need to.  Insurance doesn't like to cover it most of the time and it's ridiculous what the hourly rates are these days.  

    I hate that.

    My church offers assistance but I declined initially, thinking I would leave that for people who "really need it". Regretting that.

    I emailed our benefits administrator to see if insurance will cover any of it.

  • That is the exact same rate my H is paying.  We think we will be re-reimbursed 70% of that from his insurance though.  Hopefully...

    I was told that it is required insurance companies cover mental health under regular insurance policies now.  However, where we ran into trouble was finding one "in network" because we also needed someone who's specialty was brain injuries.  There was only 1 guy in network and we had heard bad things about him, so we opted to go with someone out of network and have to pay more out of pocket.
