more recipe raves

i made this brisket last night. i'd made it last year and had forgotten how good it is! i only used five cloves and cut the garlic ginger paste in half since i knew i would not need to have a lot of it left. served it with these balsamic roasted potatoes that my bff had raved about last week. instead of the nutmeg and herbs, i used a heaping spoonful of the garlic ginger paste from the brisket recipe. i definitely plan to try them with the rosemary & thyme when i'm serving them with something less asian/indian flavored.
