Not really cooking, but baking... i made these last week because I wanted something sweet, and didnt have any chocolate in my pantry. Super easy and delish!

I feel like the only posts I respond to relate to food. Oh well, its something, right!
M: roasted veggies over brown rice with broccoli stuffed chicken
T: probably taco salads
W: Pulled pork sammies
Th: Steamed shrimp and crash potatos
F: Out
Edit: I mean Babe, not beagle. (Saw the puppy in siggy) are you from around here? I always grew up saying grocery shopping, but around here people tend to say food shopping. Or the food store.
This week:
Crispy Chicken with Creamy (pin)Italian Sauce and Bowtie Pasta
Lasagna (Stauffers)
Bubble Up Enchiladas (pin)
CROCKPOT CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP (pin)
Wrapped up pizza (pin)
Shocker... pinterest is my new cookbook
Ericanandy - my old next door neighbor would say she had to get a food order, I always thought that was odd.
S: mediterrian flavored pork tenderloin and smashed potatoes
M: sausage and spaghetti
T: Something with chicken
W: Meatloaf, maybe, I don't have anymore potatoes I need to go food shopping
Th & F: ?
S: Austrian Village for my dad's b-day
LOL it's always my next door neighbor who I hear say it too. I always just look blankly for a moment until it registers to me what she means.
Uh oh...the South Philly girl with the South Phillyisms is being called out lol. Is it a South Philly thing or a just in my family thing? I don't know, but I've always known it as food shopping. Am I strange?
First - I'm an NE Philly girl born and raised and I say food shopping.
Saturday - I made LTP's Beer Cheese soup. I made it with a Sierra Nevada IPA, half the flour and sweet Italian sausage, rather than the smoked. It was good, reminded both DH and I of cheese fondue from the dreaded Melting Pot.
Sunday - leftovers from earlier in the week.
Monday - a chicken pasta dish. I just cut up nugget sized pieces of chicken, sauteed in olive oil, then tossed with ziti and one of those cream cheese mixing blends. It was pretty good.
Tuesday - more soup
Wednesday - ww manicotti
Thursday - ?
Friday - ?
I'm from SP and say food shopping too, ugh just another thing to add to our wonderful grammar!
Sun- we ate out at a party
Mon- tacos since we were only home about forty five minutes in between t3's crazy schedule
Tues- I bought gnocchi and will either take out some gravy from the freezer or make it with sausage and broccoli rabe
Wed- I have a bridesmaid mtg so hopefully a few beers, the boys will proba ly order out unless DH decides he wants to cook chicken cutlets
Thurs- bone in pork chops not sure how yet with rice and spinach
Fri- sushi that I never got last weekend
Sat- ???

Ugh I have a ton of food in the house but nothing to make a respectable meal without having to run to the store for some ingredient or another. This annoys me to no end. Anyway...
Sunday: used a gift card to grab dinner out since we actually had the evening together as a family and were eating before our usual 10pm.
Monday: pasta and meatballs with bread
Not sure for the rest of the week. I may try a ground beef and pasta thing from Real Simple, and we'll probably have grilled cheese and soup one night to use up the ton of cheese I bought. We also have steak and potatoes from Omaha Steaks to eat. I know I need to go get some other stuff in stock but need to empty some freezer space first.
