Why can't people clean the snow off their cars?
I thought you could get a ticket for this? We drove down 295 to Corey's game on Saturday and there were tons of cars snow covered with snow just flying off of them. Not only is it annoying but its dangerous. One car only had its front windshield cleaned off and nothing else.
Where in world would you like me to ship you?
My boys - I am so screwed in about 7 years.

Re: Why can't people clean the snow off their cars?
LOL you drove through South Jersey right? Enough said.
:-)
i hate this and wish they'd all get tickets.
I used to drive an explorer, it was hard to reach the roof, but I still did it with a big broom and stood up on the running bars.
True. You crack me up!
in all fairness, when you're 5'3", sometimes it's hard to reach your whole roof, even with a broom.
i do at least TRY which is more than i can say for the people i was behind yesterday.
My husband is an offender and even though it would cost me money, I hope he gets a ticket some day. I tell him to do better but since I grew up in HI, my opinion on snow removal doesn't matter.
So I spent all of last winter teaching Matthew about how dangerous not cleaning your car off and now he lectures MH and MH clears the car completely. Mission accomplished.
We were on 295 yesterday and the cars still weren't cleared off - BUT in South Jersey's defense - the cars were from South Carolina, Georgia and PA that shed the most snow in my direction.
Even this morning, thre were cars covered in snow - it snowed Saturday morning people!!
$14 at target for a scraper/brush with a handle that extends to something like 5 feet. So yeah, no excuse except for those chunks that get stuck under the roof rack.

i'm 5 feet tall. i used a broom and opened the sliding door on my minivan, stepped in and balanced myself while cleaning off the top of my car. even then it was tough becauce of those stupid ridges they put on the top of minivans just to mess with me. then after cleaning off my car, i had to clean off the neighbor's car because i accidentally pushed all of my snow onto his car. oops.
so yes i get pissed when people don't clean their cars off. and like all those people who fly through red lights, cut other cars off and do other stupid crap, there are never any police around to ticket them.
