Baking ideas, please.

DH just emailed me that he needs a baked good for work tomorrow, but they already have cupcakes coming.  What should I make???  I want it to be quicker & easier if possible.

Good old chocolate chip cookies? Or brownies? Both are usually easy and quick to whip up. You could even do some kind of swirl brownies, add some Oreos, or caramel or cream cheese swirl...

I always make puffed wheat squares when I need something quick, easy and delicious.  I have a great recipe that you make in the microwave and it comes out perfect every time - not too hard, not too soft and falling apart.  Let me know and I can type if out for you if your want it.

My go to lately are the brownie bites on pinterest. They are super easy, can be made with boxed brownies, and I always get good reviews on them! I top them with either peanut butter or chocolate sauce.

You can do the oreos inside the chocolate chip cookie.  Those look delicious!!

I put a recipe for cinnamon swirl cake on the cooking blog a couple years ago - it's so easy to make and always impresse (it tastes just like the cinnamon cake at corner bakery)!

I included those..had them pinned.  But he picked oreo stuffed choc. chip cookies!
