Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Just out of curiosity, because I know you were looking around the time you found out you were pregnant - did you get a new job and it turned out to be just as miserable or did you end up staying where you were?

Um...yeah...I wouldn't go back. Instead, if I were you (and you want to go back to work at all after #2), I'd start thinking about searching for a new job towards the end of your leave.
