Super Bowl
Now that the Super Bowl is less than 2 weeks away, what is everyone planning to do for it? Having a party, going to a bar, watching it with friends? Who are you going to cheer for? I know we have a few New England girls on this board, are you all pumped? Any Giants fans out there? Has anyone ever went to the Super Bowl? Do you think Madonna will be a good half time show? Let's talk some football, ladies!

Re: Super Bowl
I'm heading down to my SIL's house. Even though the Giants don't deserve to be in the superbowl and I hate them....with a fiery passion.
Since my team is out (Packers) I'll be rooting for the Pats. DH is a big Pats fan, and of course most the people we live around are.
And I'm not sure how I feel about Madonna, I don't think it'll be a good half time show. But then again I'm not a big fan of her. I guess I'll have to wait and see on that one.
I think we're going to end up having a few friends over to watch the game. I may look around on Pinterest to see if I can find some cute football inspired snacks, and I have football themed decorations that I pull out every year which include mini inflatable footballs which always seem to be a hit. I'm still undecided on who I am going to cheer for but I'm leaning towards the Patriots. As far as the half time show, I am hoping Madonna puts on a good show because the last few years have been 'eh' in my opinion. I'm mainly looking forward to the etrade commercials...I love that little talking baby lol.
LOL touche. The Redskins beat them TWICE this season and the Skins don't beat anyone lol, so I kind of feel like the Giants just keep getting lucky. Plus I just don't like Eli Manning...something about his head bothers me lol that sounds so immature but his helmet or head is just off somehow and he looks so funny to me.
My mom picks a team then I go for the opposing team. We both don't really keep up with football and H could be less interested so mom and I hang out together and eat lots of unhealthy food.

TTC Since January 2011 - We have bad spermProbably just a quiet evening at home watching the game.
I want the Giants to win because I hate the Patriots. But really, I would be fine with either team - I'm just glad the Saints, Packers and Ravens aren't in it (for various reasons, haha).

I hate the Ravens aka ratbirds. You'd think I'd like them since I live in MD, but not a chance. I was pretty pleased when the Steelers (Sorry Becca lol) and the Ravens got kicked out.
