#2 - I didn't expect him to suddenly get an excellent voice & hit all the notes. If they didn't want someone to scream the high notes, they should have booked a different singer.
Of course, I didn't understand why people were booing Kristin Chenoweth (49ers-Giants game) until I read about it afterward. I think they shouldn't show player photos --of either team-- during the anthem.

We don't have TV at all right now so I didn't watch either game yesterday. (We've always gotten the signal for the free, local channels by plugging into the cable outlet but that suddenly went off last week. Finally breaking down and getting cable on Wednesday, more so I can watch the Baylor men's and women's b-ball games than for lack of regular TV, since I'm watching my shows on Hulu.) I just keep seeing the Steven Tyler thing on the 'net today.
I could not believe how rude people were during OUR NATIONAL ANTHEM! Some people have no class. Can everyone just shut up, take off their hat, put their hand on their chest, and listen to/sing the song?!
They weren't booing her. They were booing whenever the jumbotron showed the Giants players and cheering when it showed the 49er's. What a bunch of dumbasses that don't respect the anthem.
Holy cow, we're going to have a little sister!!
