B&M Monday

My head hurts and I want to go home and do absolutely nothing tonight. Instead I'll probably find a hundred things to do around the house along with cooking dinner. =

R is talking about sending his resume to some other companies (not current city) and I'm against it. We just bought a house, I don't want to move again and I don't want to be far from my dad.

A friend invited me to spinning class on February 11. It's their RPM launch so they can bring a friend free of charge. I need to start working out now so I don't die during the class, but I have ZERO motivation.

Re: B&M Monday

  • I hate pumping at work!!! It's a hassle to pack up everything in the morning, wash stuff in the bathroom sink, and intermittently close my door and actually pump. Plus, pumping makes me nauseous. I read about it and it's actually a side effect of the hormone that is released when your milk lets down. Most people don't notice it.

Today is Andy's first (half) day of day care. I'm so sad. Alex was toying with becoming a SAHD and I'm so disappointed that he decided not to.

  • I had to take Julia for routine blood work today.  It was awful.  Why do doctors insist upon torturing children out of routine? :(

  • Yesterday, 3 annoying teenagers were sledding in our background. One of them lives up the road and I've never talked with him or his parents before. I nicely asked them all to leave. They sat out in the woods and then sledded down one more time, I let it go.

Today I come home and there are new sled marks all over the hill and the bottom of the grass is all muddy now. Footprints (yes I'm crazy) are exactly the same as the ones left yesterday and the person walked up our driveway to get there. I'm extremely frustrated and of course they aren't up there now. I'm debating calling or going to the house to talk to the parents. Otherwise, I'm probably calling the police for trespassing next time they come back. Yes it's minor, but I don't want random teens hanging out in my backyard.

  • Mackenzie has decided that she thinks you are trying to kill her if you attempt to put her down for a nap.  So, she has not slept since I had to wake her up this morning to go to Strollersize and basically will not stop crying.  I had to call DH and he came home early from work....ugh
