Anyone ever have varicose vein surgery? & then have phlebitis?
I had a very large varicose vein removed a few weeks ago. I was recently pregnant and since mid October (Right before I delivered my son) I have had phlebitis.
Now, even after the surgery, I still have very painful phlebitis! 
I had to cancel a trip for work because I was hurting so much,.
Has this happened to anyone else? Was there anything you did that helped clear it up? I have an appointment Friday, but no one else I know or have even spoken to has ever had phlebitis or varicose vein surgery!
