Rosco's Nose...(PIP!)

On Saturday (?) I posted about Rosco and his sudden excessive sneezing. He is still sneezing but it's not as much. When he does sneeze, it's about 10 times in a row and he's itching only one side of his nose before/after the sneezes.

I'm 95% sure it is just a cold or dust allergies from exploring our new house (he got behind the dryer and corners with lots of cobwebs and dust), no discharge from his eyes and only a little bit of clear discharge from his nose AFTER he sneezes and it goes away. I think this is like when people sneeze and this happens to them, so I'm not too worried about that.

His is sleeping a lot but he's eating and drinking regularly and using the littler box. His breathing is fine, no wheezing or difficulties. At this time, I'm not going to take him to the vet (yet) unless it gets worse etc.

Anyway -  my question. His nose is getting "chapped" and dry from all the sneezing/itching. This can't be comfortable, is there something (an ointment/lotion) I can use to help relieve some of the uncomfortable-ness from his dry chapped nose? I want my poor kitty to feel better!

As a reward for helping, here's a cute picture of him sleeping (not recent, but a month or so ago).
