One of my coworkers and I have started a fitness group at work. The participants range in age from 22 to 71. We workout together three times a week for an hour. We try to incorporate different workout DVDs to meet everyone's interests. Anyway, we started doing one last week that I thought I'd recommend to you ladies.
It is Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVD. It sounds like it wouldn't be a tough workout, but it really gets your heart rate up. If you are intimidated to start working out, this would be a great video to start with. I will warn that the host is kind of annoying, but you get used to it.
