Have you seen this yet? I think I have a new goal. Big Smile

A Million Mile Flyer is a Mileage Plan? member who has accumulated 1,000,000 actual flight miles on Alaska Airlines in their Mileage Plan? account since becoming a member. Bonus miles and partner mileage activity do not count toward the accumulation of 1,000,000 miles.

Million Mile Flyers receive lifetime MVP? Gold status.

Ha!  I have seen it - it always depresses me to see that counter bar compared to my MVP / Gold / 75K measures.  I'm at 157,000 miles flown on Alaska, give or take.  At this rate I'll hit this about the time I turn 70.... Alaska needs to expand their route map, pronto!

Agreed! Or they need to offer non-stop flights to no where for crazies (like me) who want this status. Hahaha.

  • Yeah, they just need *longer* flights.  I'm not going to ever hit it if I wrack up 678 miles each time I fly SFO to SEA.  I would need to that that flight almost 1500 times, or 750 round trips.  I just can't even imagine how much time that would take.
