Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

slow internet

the internet at our house is very slow, the cable works fine and the computer works find at work.  We have all the bars on our lap tops and we've tried resetting the modem and router.  Any idea what the problem could be?  The router is probably about 4 years old, do you think we just need to get a new one?

  • Do you have Cablevision? We do and we have been having so many issues since this weekend. It keeps going out on us or being really slow. So far today it seems to be working sort of ok. I keep forgetting to ask my neighbors if they are having issues too. It definitely isn't our computer because we are having the same issues with other devices getting on it.
