If you have cream/off white wood furniture...

did you paint the trim/ceiling in the room the same off white color?  I've decided to do M's dresser and headboard the cream/off white color in her new bedding, but now I feel like I need to do the trim and ceiling in that same off white color so it doesn't clash...any pictures/ideas/hints?

Re: If you have cream/off white wood furniture...

  • Ava's dressers and nightstands are a creamy yellowy color, her headboard is white and her trim and ceilings are white. there is some white in her comforter/bedskirt set too.

nothing clashes - it all works well together. even the pepto pink walls (which i thought would be 1000x paler than they actually are).

  • Anna's furniture is Pottery Barn white- which is pretty creamy. The trim and ceiling is White Dove, which is definitely not as creamy. I think it's fine! :)

  • My dining room furniture is cream and the trim is white, it definitely does not clash. I think it would look fine.

  • Genevieve's furniture is cream. The trim in her room is white. You'd never notice a difference.
