I'd like to start a new hobby and candle making seemed interesting, or possibly soap. I'm not sure where to begin though.
Ideas? Is it hard to do?

Soap making isn't hard.. books make it sound like it is. Honestly it really isn't.. you just need to have some time/space, as well as be willing to have lye in your house. It is a chemical process so you do need to be careful.
