Hey all you maybe crazy women! The warrior dash will be in Louisville Neb for one day in June (9th)! Registration opened yesterday and eeek I registered for it already   This is the motivation I need to get my butt in shape (I am hoping)

If any of you can go, I highly reccomend it!  I know I was a bruised, sore whiner the day after but it was really so much fun.

I can't wait to go back to Old Monroe in September and beat my time from last year!

My DH tried to talk me out of it because we have a wedding later that day, but I wanted to do it and not travel far.  Hopefully I won't get too crazy of a bruisin!!

My bruises didn't show for a few days, and my skin looked FABULOUS from all the mud.

I know a ton of us are planning on doing it.... I'm also doing the extreme run in Papillion later this year.

I thought about doing extreme dash but I hoping to be knocked up by than (that's slightly asking for a miracle as we aren't ttc until august) but fingers crossed!!!

To those who have done it or something like it - how in shape do you need to be?  I can run a 5k, no real issues, but is there more to it?  Or is it more just winging it once you get there?  Were there obstacles that you just couldn't do and what do they do if you can't?
