I need to find an outfit for DH's promotion. I'm on the border of plus size and really need to try on clothes to fit my awkward body. I'm anywhere from a 12 to a 16 depending on the cut / length and shape.
Any good store recommendations that would carry plus sizes. I hate shopping and would like to narrow down my search as much as possible.
Thanks.

Not sure how fancy or dressed up your looking for. I find alot of outfits at Dress Barn that fit great and if there is something I really like I can find it in a regular size or a plus size.
Fashion Bug is also good for the this. All of their clothes come in plus and regular size, I find the items there that I like seem to be more casual for my taste
I get a lot of my clothes from Kohl's. I've got several nice dresses and a black suit from there.
Ann Taylor and AT Loft may also have something.
My BFF is plus size and I buy her gorgeous clothes at Lord & Taylor

Ann Taylor - Online. They do not sell size 16 in the store
Talbots -- they've really updated their stuff and they have up to a size 18 bu tit's super expensive
Lane Bryant -- While they've gotten better I find some of their stuff to be kind of cheaply made. I'm kind of borderline right now for plus size so I llike to not go here. It's a mental thing
