Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I had a breast feeding discussion with my 7th graders yesterday. They came in grossed out by seeing another teacher's milk. She just came back from mat leave and I guess she forgot to put it away after she pumped. They didn't understand why she couldn't wait and just feed the baby at home. So I had to school them a little. For a class full of 12 year old boys they were fascinated and had tons of questions! It even led to talking about babies with allergies like Molly and what they can drink.
I thought some of you might get a kick out of that.
