PIP of me 30lbs - 35lbs ago
This was when I was with my ex in probably 2004 or so, making me 25. I was still smoking and bartending back then and had just moved back to NY. I was depressed, drinking all the time and in a not so great relationship.
Obviously, this is right before I started to get my life back on track. I weighed around 150 or so (guessing) and I am just under 5'2". I now weigh about 125-128ish on a good day. I am only posting this because I know how hard it is to be overweight and unhappy and to show that it does take time, but we can all be healthy and happy.

Me currently (and GLW as an added bonus!):

Re: PIP of me 30lbs - 35lbs ago
also, I thought your title post said me at 300 lbs! Whoa!
And the second picture is how I dress every time I go out for drinks with Ang.
I would have been 300lbs if I stayed on that track.
It is in your contract.
You have definitely come a long way and look terrific!!
I have a similar story as you and have been on all sides of the scale. This is inspiring me to post similar pics of my past that I was once ashamed of, but now I am almost happy to have since it shows how far I have come.
Way to go, you are an inspiration for what hard work and dedication can do, in addition to the right lifestyle changes!
Well, you were still cute 30-35 lbs ago, but now you are smokin hot!
I think a lot of times, a change that makes you happier is a necessary precursor to making a change that makes you healthier. This is a good inspiration post.
Join me! It was actually a tough post to write because I had to look at myself and remember how I felt, but I am glad I did it.

Yup. The top pic is pretty much where I'm at right now (just two inches taller and a smaller bust). The bottom pic is where I was was when I got married a little over a year ago. Now I'm just trying to get back there. I think I've got the eating healthy part pretty down (I'm having fun making new, healthy recipes and having fruits and veggies for snacks rather than chips and carbs), now I have to find an exercise program I'll stick with. The thyroid discovery and the new medicine will probably help as well.
Thanks for sharing! You look great!
ETA: I agree with everyone else, you were cutey before you lost the weight, too. But if you feel better now, then I'm stoked for you!
I'm glad you clarified the pirate thing because I was really hung up on the head scarf thing.
And yep.. looking good!
Ha,ha!
This, and like PP thanks for sharing!
Daymnn!
You are gorgeous before and after!!
Ang, I know you're not on here now but I'm sure you'll see this tomorrow. Just wanted to say you look fantastic. You were adorable before, but just knowing that you're healthy and happy with yourself makes things even better.
Of course, GLW looks hawt too.
