give you gas? Sorry, but..I have to ask! It is out of CONTROL and I have no idea what else could be causing it.
Re: Does working out...
I'm guessing your Jenny meals are high in fiber. Voila, tootypants.
Working out doesn't CAUSE gas, but running (and other similar repetitive and jarring motions like a step class) does jostle the bowels which can tend to get things moving so to speak.
Speaking from experience, this is true
Running (and probably other other workouts too) is a pretty good cure for constipation!

I'm going to guess your diet is much higher in fiber these days than it used to be.
But yes, like Wendy and Kaylee said... working out can get things moving down there. Unfortunate when you're in line for port-a-potties right before a race starts.

Not to hijack your post, Puppy, but I have to tell ginger - I jogged yesterday, hoping to run LONGER than 4 min. 30 sec. from the other day, and I ran 9 min. 36 sec.! I think I was in a funk at the lake, and the 60mph wind wasn't helping.
Going to jog after work, hoping to make it a full 10 minutes.
That is AWESOME. I had a terrible run tonight. Ugh.
Um...yeah. I learned this the one time I tried the 30 Day Shread video. I had to hit pause 8 minutes in.
Way to go!!! That's so awesome!
