any accountants here? tax question for you
I am registered LLC . This is my first year. (started april 2011)
I get paid through my employer as an LLC something to do with him not being set up to pay tax into nj. ( i used to work out of florida until i moved and got paid on his payroll)
he now sends me my paychecks through LLC name. Am i supposed to get a 1099 from him?

MH does our taxes. We could have someone else do them but we do them with Turbo Tax and my FIL works for H&R block. So any issues we have we just call my FIL for.
This is the first year of an LLC but we have had a 1099 for my husbands night sfifts for years now.
