Greetings O Wise Nesties!
I need your help! I want to start a blog and I know very little about how to do it and how to gain followers. Some of my questions: blogger vs wordpress? How do I find followers? How does monetization work and should I do it or avoid it?
Also...I need a name! I want to start a blog for my work (Real Estate) and I have an idea about commenting on properties I visit (nothing negative and nasty, just my professional opinions about what I see, what I liked, good value?, neat finds etc).
For instance: each week, I select a property for all the agents in my office to see on Friday's tour. Then Monday we meet to discuss the property: likes, challenges, what price will it sell for, how fast, right buyer for the property etc. It is a sort of 'control group' for us - a property that we have all seen that we can discuss and watch. This way, we can really sharpen our pricing skills and knowledge of the inventory and market activity.
So, if I could blog about this (or have this as a feature on my blog), I think it could also be helpful to people watching the market (whether to buy, sell or know the market). I call this property our 'one to see' or '12C' but I don't think that is a good RE blog name. This is where I need help! (The blog will have other RE stuff too).
