preschool tuition....how much?

if you don't mind, would you share how much you pay for preschool and how many hours is it for?  My son is still young, but I heard its insanely expensive in NJ. I would also love to find a mother's day out program for him to go to for now but I wonder if I can afford it since I'm a sahm.

Landon goes to a great little school in hightstown, the cost for the 3 days a week, half day program was $2,230 this year. i don't know the cost of the 4 yr old program next year, but the 3yr old program is 2 days a week (9am-12pm) and it's about $1,700 or so starting in september for the school year. Owen will be attending. love the school, they really are awesome.

 Next year is 220 a month for 3 days a week from 9-1130.  It's in a church.

For 2 days a week, 9-11:30 it's $1900.  It's a small Christian preschool.  Livy's was a bigger Catholic preschool and her 2/day for the same amount of time was $2100 plus $250 registration fee.

For a private Pre-K, 5 days a week from 6:30 am - 5:30 pm we pay $275.40/week. That also includes breakfast, lunch and snacks.

that's per month?

No! This is for the full year. They don't give us the monthly breakdown and I didn't do the math. In fact, you can pay out in six monthly instalments but you party considerably more to do so. We have to pay this full amount by August 31 to get these "discounted" prices.

Laura's preschool is in the same place that we used for daycare.  She goes 5 days a week, the program is from 8:30am - 4:00pm with lunch included - $862 a month.

Stephanie goes to a Full Time Pre-K (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm) that is part of a daycare facility (Evan is in the toddler class).  For her it's $775 a month (that is after the 10% discount we get for 2 kids). This is Middlesex County. Price by the areas tend to be very different hence the reason I listed the location.

For a Pre-K program we pay $440 a month for 3 days a week: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30am - 2:30pm.

Ryan goes Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:00 and we pay about $590/month.  It's very reasonable.  They are a Catholic preK-8th grade.

we paid $3500 per year for pre k-3 and pre k-4 m-f 8-12- it was slightly higher for 8-230. And then for pre k 4 there is before and aftercare- for like $4 an hour-

I take DS to Atantis Prep at the Atlantic Club in Manasquan and pay just $200 for a 1 hour a week for 13 weeks Mommy & Me class. Try to find something like this around you. I see a big difference already in my DS behavior. DS is 21 months.
