QOTD

Who is the most interesting person you know?

Re: QOTD

  • I find my FIL to be incredibly interesting. He knows so much, has such varied interests, is so level-headed, is pretty much a saint, and a very interesting thing about him is that he does not drive...which goes against the stereotypical set-up of the husband drives but not the wife.

  • My dad. Every once in a while he tells a story about something he did and I'm just totally in awe.

  • Gosh, I know so many interesting people, especially through work.

    Two that come to mind:

     1) one of my colleagues who works in our risk management group. (He's also my BFAW).  He has such a fascinating background, and I always joke with him that he's really in the CIA.

    2) a client of mine in one of my groups who is doing amaaaaaaaaaazing things to help advance the world of alzheimers research.  Like seriously amazing, and she's the most unassuming person you'd meet.  If you met her at a PTA meeting, you'd never know she's a brilliant scientist and a gifted deal-maker to bring people together whom would never normally collaborate.
