Holy crap. Having a baby TOMORROW.
I can't believe that we are having a baby - TOMORROW. I have a scheduled repeat c-section because baby's still breech. I wasn't sure we'd make it until tomorrow, but baby's still nestled in there.
So, this time tomorrow, I'll already be in pre-op. I'm a little bit nervous, but I'm hoping things go more smoothly than last time with DS with my full service labor/pushing/emergency c/s experience.
Wish me luck!!!

Good luck!! I bet this will be a much better experience since you'll go into it rested. (Or, as rested as a pregnant woman can be!)

Happy birthday, and will be sending good thoughts your way tomorrow!
Ditto, I went into labor with Finn the day before my scheduled c-section but the hospital just said come on down, we are slow. I was in active labor so they had me come in and hang out. It was really surreal walking to the OR, I felt very weird but everything was really slow and unrushed. My Dr. even held my hand while I got my spinal.
Had Finn, he went off to the nursery with dh to get his bath and I went off to recovery, my mom came in there to hang out with me and Finn showed up a few minutes later. I was already getting feeling back. Got moved to our room, Finn nursed right away, I was up walking the halls with him by that night and even got to eat real food. It was all just much easier.
Best of luck.

Good luck! My sister had a repeat c-section (tried for a VBAC) with her second and even with the pitocin and induction try said it was WAY easier to recover after the second c-section.
