area restaurants - list your favorites or ones you want to try
What are some of your favorite area restaurants? Bonus points if we might not already know about them....I love to discover and learn about new spots people love so that when we do go out on a date once in a blue moon, we can mix it up a bit and try a new place.

We ate there 2 years ago for DH's office Christmas Party. His boss designed the building or something.
Anyway, I ordered the chicken and it came with the entire claw attached. I was newly pregnant, and I almost threw up on myself. Blech.

It is my husband's and my favorite place! We live close to it, too. They have $2 margaritas (granted, they're a little small). I've been there so many times and never had bad food. The Chimichanga is wonderful. (Hope it's good if you go after I hyped it up like this!)
same. Boiler Room grossed me out. sorry. we eat out alot and there are not many places i would give a thumbs down. That is one.
I love Nebraska Brewing Company, Shucks, and Upstream. For cheap places, Rice Bowl, Amigos and Cali Taco are always good.
I have always wanted to go to Spencer's and Sullivan's, but I know it would have to be a pretty special night for that. Oh, and I've always wanted to try Bohemian Cafe.
We went there a few times-not too bad! We should try hitting it up with the kidletts sometime!
For those wanting to try Spezia-do it! Dh and I went with his parents before. Heist as and we all has great meals (duck, lamb and steak). Pitch is good, they have great calamari if that's your thing.
We like Dario's for brunch, the French cafe is pretty good, Spezia, gyros from el basha, Blue, and mother India. Still looking for a really good Chinese take out place though...
