BFing moms: milk blister
Yeasterday what I though was a regular clogged duct ended up as a milk blister. It took all afternoon but I did get to the point where it wasn't causing the duct to be blocked. It's still there today and really sore. I keep wondering if it's going to clog again. How long does it take to heal and for the skin to be back to normal?
I had zero issues bfing Teagan, now this is the second in 4 months.
