Did OP explain what happened? There was a good theory floating around that she had linked to a photo she didn't own and that the owner changed the pic.
I saw Pixy posted on P&CE about stealing bandwith or something. The Bump boards mostly believe that tinypic had re-assigned her url.
The kid in the picture looked about 16, it made me feel dirty for having seen it. I am willing to bet he's underage.
