I know that the bank wants a bank statement when they start approving your offer - how big of a deal is it if you have had one overdraft ($12 overdraft) in the past four years?
Of course, of all months to overdraft, it had to be this one. I forgot to record a check and it was cashed today and overdrew the account. We have overdraft protection, so the check didn't bounce, but I'm wondering how bad that will look to the bank.

Re: Pulling bank statement
They will not care.
The underwriter will most likely ask for a letter of explanation as to why you overdrafted.
