Do I look like a dirty hippie? (Hair Help)

THIS is what unprofessional hair looks like:
I know it's too long - I haven't had it cut in a year because I am lazy.
Any suggestions on what else I should do to it? I will not color it because I will never be able to keep it up.
I was thinking about full on bangs, but that might be too much for my face.

Nah, I like it.
I would get a trim and maybe use a little bit of product, but overall it's good.

I would cut about 6" off and shorten your bangs about an inch, but keep them to the side. Also maybe try moving your part a little bit toward the middle and at a bigger angle?
No! Unprofessional hair is dirty and unkempt, yours is neither of those!
I would cut a few inches and keep the bangs.
Do your bangs curl up? If that's the case then I wouldn't suggest short bangs.

Oh yes, they do. I'm actually surprised they're not worse now since I went out in the rain at lunchtime. Good point!
As everyone else said, it looks good on you so it doesn't look like a hippie 'do to me. Maybe just add some layers in the front if you plan to trim it anyway?

Um, mine is only 3 or so inches shorter and I usually wear it with a middle part, straight (or slightly wavy) and no bangs. Girlfriend, THAT is dirty hippie.
I'd trim a few inches off of it and if you decide to do bangs, I'd go for side swept instead of full on, blunt, across your forehead bangs.

Ooooooo I love your hair. I think it's very pretty, and doesn't look very unprofessional. It looks easy going and beautiful. As long as you don't have dreadlocks, you're good!
Is your hair too curly or wavy for side-swept bangs? I think full-on straight bangs would be too heavy.

I have to say I'm relieved nobody suggested anything drastic because I'd never go through with it. My hair has been like this forever. lol

I like GLW's suggestion of getting a few inches cut off, just enough to shape it up a bit.
