Any Myfitnesspal users?

Does anyone use this program to log what you eat?  I love the program!

If anyone is on the website and wants to be friends let me know!!

Re: Any Myfitnesspal users?

  • I use it on and off!  I was doing really well, but then I kind of fell off the wagon.  Let's be MFP friends!

  • I use it on and off too. I don't like to "fully commit" because I'm trying to fine without it. (i.e. I used it, lost weight, stopped using it, gained weight.)

  • OMG I just logged my food for today and I only have 43 calories left!  WTF?!  I didn't eat that much, and most of it was fruit!

    *pout*

  • Sad I just finished dinner and I have 143 left for the day...

Unfortunately fruit has a lot of calories.  Not compared to a cheeseburger or anything, butit definetely adds up.

ETA: And then I drank another glass and a half of wine and pita and hummus... I was over by 200 calories.... oh well!

You can track your daily food intake, exercise, and keep track of your weight.

You start off by saying you weigh X amount, and you have X type of job (sedentary, active, etc.), and it will tell you how many calories you should eat per day to lose weight.
