Need an appetizer rec.
We are going to dinner at a friend's tomorrow. They are making some kind of mexican pork roast and spinach enchiladas. Yes, strange combo, but both are his signature dishes and he wants to do both.
We are tasked with bringing appetizers. I am at a loss on what to take. There will be at least 7 adults and my kids. My kids will eat anything, so they are not a factor in the decision.
Help. I normally have no problem deciding, but I have no clue. Healthy options would be great.
