Just had pizza for dinner (SO not on my meal plan) and just catching up on some shows on the DVR. I watched Once Upon a Time and then DH & I watched Southland, now we're watching Whitney.
I had an eye doctor appointment today and I got contacts (I've tried to wear them in the past and just have never had very much luck wearing them) so I feel like I'm blinking constantly right now. Also, I never realized how much I pushed up my glasses but I keep putting my hand up to my face to push them up and they're not there!

I am embarrassed about how much I like those shows
I usually never watch them, but watched a little last night, and it sort of hooked me. I might have to tune in!
We ate quesidillas too! Of course they were leftovers from last night, but still delicious!
I'm here, hoping DD will pick up the disaster she & her brother made in the living room (yes, we do clean up, esp. when it's this bad!).
Also need to make a cake for my mom's b-day on Sat. I was hoping DD would be able to help me, but she still needs to clean up & then we need to wind down for bed. I'd like to get it done tonight so we can frost it tomorrow.
I can't believe you're thinking about baking a cake right now. I'm thinking about going to bed!
LOL! Bedtime is never before 11pm for me, unless I don't feel good.
I'm pretty lame. It's to the point where I can hardly stay up until 10:00 anymore! I do get up at 4:45am though.
I would go to bed now too if I had to get up that early!
We're late to bed, late to rise people. I'm trying to get out of that habit w/DD starting preschool next year.

Just a plain yellow cake & buttercream frosting, but I'm making them both from scratch. My mom is pretty basic. Though DD wants to put "Cars" on it, & I think we might have a Lightning McQueen cake topper/candle, so I might do that

just wanted to introduce myself to the night crew! .... I am a night owl- I am a stay at home mommy by day/photographer-evenings and weekends. I am up editing late as its really mostly the only time I get to do so. Its a busy life- but I love every second of it. DH and I have been married for 8 years and we have a 17month old cuddlebug- whom means the world to us.
Welcome!!!! I'm definitely not a night owl but I do get on in the evening sometimes. The board is much more active during the day though.
