Re: Tomorrow is our home inspection

  • Walk around with the home inspector and ask questions aout EVERYTHING and have him/her tell you how things work, anything that may be questionable, etc. we learned a lot about our ome by doing so (furnace, water softeners, stuff w the roof and base, ent, etc.). S/he should be more than happy to do so. Good luck!

  • Walk around w/ them & take notes - we found that helpful, at least. Also ask them to be specific in their report as to what is broken or is a safety hazard b/c that will make it easier for your attorney to request repairs (unless it's an as-is property). GL!

You will forever be my best friend. I can almost feel our hugs. I will ensure everyone will know (now and in the future) what a genuine, kind, loving person you were...I already miss your laughter and our daily conversations. I love you, Samantha. May 20, 1983- February 20, 2012
