Baby getting stuffy at night?

R has been waking up in the middle of the night congested. He is not congested before he goes to sleep. The same thing happens to me. Will a humidifier help? I have one I can set up. He will hate the saline stuff in his nose. There is not much else I can do, right? Poor guy

Your house may just be too dry for him. I'd try the humidifier.

I was going to suggest humidifier. If you have one already, can't hurt to see if it helps! We have one in DS's room b/c the heat makes the house soooo dry!

I do. I am going to set it up tomorrow. S has one in her room. I have been waking up so stuffy too ever since the milder temps went away and the heat has been on more (in the last couple weeks).

definitely do the humidifier, it will help.  Also I do the saline when I feel like she has a booger that she can't get out lol.  For some reason A has been congested since day 1.

we use the Vicks cool mist humidifier witht he vicks liquid in it and it works really well.

Vaporizer and nose drops. E hated them but the upsetment is only temporary and it really helps.
