Estate attorney rec's in FoCo
Anyone have any? I need someone to draft a simple will and health care directive. I don't have many assets and know there won't be any fighting if I pass away. I just want to make my end of life wishes known and appoint a couple of people who can make medical decisions for me (not family). I also want to make sure that XH has everything for custody of DS.
