Where to buy a nice plain wedding band?

I no longer wear my rings to work after someone was held up at gunpoint at my train station a few months ago. I feel really sad not wearing them during the week and want to at least get a cheapie plain white gold band that I can wear to work so I don't feel so lost. I know there's Macy's and Blue Nile, any other ideas of where to look for a nice one?

  • When I was pregnant w my daughter I got a cheap (cheap!) band at Walmart.  I always felt naked without my rings and since the didn't fit this was a good compromise.

  • My rings are from danforthdiamond.com and I'm so pleased with how they've held up. This one is my wedding band. And they're made from recycled metals, which is cool.

    Also try Overstock.com.

If you just want something cheap, EvesAddiction.com has a lot of options. I've never bought a ring from them, but I bought a knockoff Tiffany necklace and it was really nice.

  • My husband got mine from a jewelry store in the mall, just plain white gold and it was definitely less that $100
