WMA: what size shoes for B?

She needs new black shoes. She's grown out of her 18-24 month SKR shoes.
I like the ones above but they only come in full sizes. Right now she's in a 6. I haven had her measured in a while but I imagine she can probably go up at least 1/2 size.
Do I get the 7? or are they going to be HUGE on her and she wont be able to wear them now..?
I dont know how the kids' sizes of these run but it seems like the infants ran a little small..
