What do you give for V-day at school/daycare?
I got cute photo valentines this year since we had a kodak credit...I wanted to put it with something, but can't think of anything inexpensive! I guess I can just tape a lollypop on it - anyone do anything fun?
Re: What do you give for V-day at school/daycare?
I made ghiradelli b rownies and cut them with heart -shaped cookie cutter then dusted them with powdered sugar. I put them in a cello bag and tied ribbon and put little tags on them.
After I read all the nasty comments on here about how ppl chuck food that was made in someone else's kitchen, I decided to just give out those useless tacky paper valentines I used to get as a kid. I am not slaving away if that is what a lot of ppl admit to doing, lol. And yeah, I made a decision directly based on observations from internet postings.
I saw this on Pinterest and thought they were a great alternative to "food"
that is really cute!!! if I didn't alraedy have the valentines, I'd probably do these!!

This is what I am making too
Probably some store bought valentines and candy. We are making cookies for the party that day and I'll probably make the teachers cupcakes since they are asking what cakes they can expect for their birthdays (a joke after seeing M's b-day cake).
Dana, saw this on Pinterest.

we are not permitted to bring in any candy or anything like that- just the cards- they have a little party so they don't need anything else- I usually do pencils-
