School prayer and death threats
Unbelievable that this girl is getting death threats and everything. I think the prayer espouses nice values and is a good aspirational guide. But it is a prayer -- and the country was founded on separation of church and state as just such small bleeding together has the potential to snowball and lead to persecution of other faiths as happened in Europe. Why not just take down the prayer and instead convert it into a mantra, doctrine or the like?
