Any recommendations for a Rockland OB/GYN??
I recently found out I am expecting and also fairly new to the Rockland, NY area. Most online recommendation I found were over 5 years old. I couldn't find a doctor that had overwhelmingly positive reviews. I am speculating that this will be a high risk pregnacy - due to issues with my first pregnancy. Any and all comments would be wonderful. Thanks!

Dr. Simonson delivered my son via csection at Good Sam. He was fantastic. Great bedside manner and caring during my entire pregnancy. He was very personable too with my husband.

I go to Obs/Gyn of Rockland in New City (they also have an office in Stony Pt). I don't love them, but I don't hate them either. I really like some of the docs, but not others in the practice. But when you are an OB patient, you have to cycle through all three of the OBs because you won't know who will be on call when you deliver. I stuck with them for my pregnancy because I wanted to deliver at Nyack Hosp. since it's just a few minutes from my house.
A lot of ladies on the board see Dr. Laurie Solomon in Suffern and rave about her. She's a solo practitioner. Not sure if she handles high risk or not. She delivers at Good Samaritan.

I highly recommend Dr Katerina Eisinger from New York Women's Health on Rt 303 in Orangeburg. I absolutely love her and the office staff. My health insurance changed when I got marred and they don't accept my new one.
Recommended to me when found out I needed to change is Tallman Gyn. They're in Suffern, I haven't gone there yet so I cannot review them.
I go to Comprehensive OB/GYN in Pomona, NY. I have been going therefor the last 10 years and have no complaints. They have 2 doctors (Stavis and Hostin) and a midwife ( Tara Scaglione) They recently made a lot of changes in the office and it definitely shown. The new office staff is great and super friendly.
They do work with Rockland OBGYN when it comes to delivering babies. One of these dr's delivered my son and again no complaints. I highly recommend them. Their phone number is 845-362-5900
