Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I noticed that our January bill had a different account number from our December bill. Name and address are still correct.
Did anyone else's account number change? I figured if they are changing over to a new billing system then I won't worry, but if this is just randomly us, I'll be calling to clear this up tomorrow.

As mentioned earlier, with the upgrade in their billing system everyone got new account numbers.
However, the biggest change is for those that use a 3rd party supply company. Instead of giving the account number you'll need to provide the electric and gas reference numbers (each one is different).
I know this because I work for one of the 3rd party suppliers.
