Food.Fitness.Family. Goal Setting.

Let's hear what this week has in store for you!

 

Food- stick to my calorie goal! Stay under 25g of protein per meal.

 

Fitness- Monday...outside uphill walks. Tuesday...stairmaster.  Wednesday...trainer session for strength training plans/Zumba.   Thursday...weights and cardio.  Friday...weights and cardio.  Saturday...Zumba.  Sunday...pending on over night babysitting Saturday night.

 

Family- Laundry! I also have been asked *so nicely* by DH to get rid of some "stuff" around the house. I have "stuff" everywhere. I think I am going to try to pick a room a day and clean it/organize it top to bottom!

  • Food- stick around my calorie goal (+/- 100 calories)

    Fitness- Monday- c25k or 30 day shred, Tuesday- c25k, Wedsnesday- 30 day shred, Thursday- gym, Friday- gym, Saturday-biggest loser game for kinect, Sunday- off

    Family- laundry on Monday. Booking our family vacation to Disney in November!!!!! Start cleaning our spare bedroom.

  • Alrighty,

    Food- Do 4 day diet, starting monday and stick with all 4 days. Its a chemical diet so it jump starts weight loss, but it is really, really strict. so, its hard for me to stick to. I just have to keep telling myself it's only 4 days. After that, cook healthy meals and stay within a reasonable calorie count.

    Fitness- Monday, tuesday, thursday: take stairs at school, including to work, to class, back to work and home ( it seems like something so small, but there is a lot of them and it adds up). Wednesday: Yoga and possibly outside walk. I'll have to check my schedule for what I am doing this weekend, but really going to try to stay a little more active in general, even if this means a quick game on the wii before I head in to work.

    Family- try to be nicer to Tim, I've been pretty crabby this week. Also, I want to get more work done on my Organized Home Project. So, hoping to get at least 3 more boxes of stuff gone by next sunday (I have a goal of 30 by march and falling behind).

  • Food- more greens (blech!) and smart snacking

    Fitness- maintain my Sun-Thurs gym schedule (or at least 30 mins walking at home), do full weight routine each day after cardio

    Family- make list of things to get done before housewarming party next month, less TV and night and more time with Nick (I don't know how he's gonna feel about that haha)

  • Food: Am I up to the challenge of eating out only one time this week? I sure hope so, because I won't have any money to do so until Wednesday, lol. DH and I have already agreed to eat at Chipotle for dinner on Wednesday when I get paid, but I'm going to up the ante and try to make that my ONLY time I eat out this week. We'll see how that one goes, lol.

     

    Fitness: Continue my 200 squats challenge, week 2. Also, I feel it's time to up the difficulty of my elliptical training, so i'm going to up the difficulty level on it. 10 more pounds and hopefully I can start actually running instead of using only low impact cardio. 

     

    Family: Take down the bloody Christmas tree that's sitting in the corner! I'm amazed it hasn't started turning brown yet, considering we haven't watered it in a month, lol. But it needs to go, and all Christmas stuff packed up and put away.

  • Food:  Making a menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner and sticking to it.  H is very good at convincing me that we can go out to eat.  We need to stick to our menu!  I need to stay at my calorie goal as well.  I do well through the week and then awful on the weekend.

    Fitness:  Monday--c25k;  Tuesday:  c25k and Zumba       Wednesday and Thursday:  depends on my scheduler        Friday and Saturday: c25k

     

    Family:  Spend more time with H.  We ran together yesterday and it was nice

  • Food: Continue to stay under MFP calorie goals. Haven't figured out the meal plan yet, but it will include more fresh veggies with dinner.

    Fitness: Take family (me, H, & Mac) walks around the neighborhood at least 3 times this week.

    Family: Rearrange the bedroom. Do at least 2 loads of laundry during the week. H wants to go on a little road trip next weekend, so hopefully we can make that happen! :)

  • Food: Stick to the calorie goals on MFP-- I've been pretty good with it so far!!

    Fitness: 30 DS Sunday, Monday, Wed, Fri, Sat.... I have class Tues and Thurs nights, PLUS, if I feel the way I do now with the next few days of 30 DS, I'll need a break

    Family: Put away all the laundry that I've washed.  I did a TON of organizing this weekend, and a lot of the little things I've been putting off, so I just need to KEEP it organized :-)

  • Food: meet my calorie goal, incorporate more fruits and veggies, stay away from processed snacks and drinks

    Fitness: do the 30 day shred Wednesday-Saturday

    Family: keep up with our budget, work on keeping the house (especially the office) organized and clean

  • O! I'll jump in.

    Food: Try not to snack on the junk food DH brought into the house. I should never let him go to the grocery store alone. Usually we avoid the snack aisle unless he goes alone. grr.

    Fitness: Ballet Wednesday, Walk dog Tuesday/Thursday, Park with dog Saturday/Sunday, Curling Saturday.

    Family: BIL has moved in with us while he starts his new job. Until they can find a house down here he'll be with us.
