Post your favorite crock pot meals please (nothing too difficult)
I work from home and it amazes me how I don;t do this more often.
I know basics. I dont like fancy dancy meals but I'll try anything I guess.
No thanks, I don't need child porn or Tweets from this site---thanks for the memories nesties---RIP, Franco---2004--2012.

I make this often because i'll also get enough for lunch for the week. http://www.skinnytaste.com/2008/11/crock-pot-chicken-taco-chili-4-pts.html
I make Deb's recipe above, soooooo good and simple.
Cranberry Pork: 1 boneless pork loin, add 1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce, 1 small chopped onion, and a couple tablespoons of soy sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Also, I'm a big fan the McCormick Slow cooker seasoning packets. They're in the spice or soup aisle, and recipes are super simple. Just toss in a cook. Pulled pork, chicken noodle soup, beef stew.
Also, Melbride's pot roast, making it again tomorrow.
http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/?m=0 has lots of good recipes.
Ditto the cranberry roast above, although I do it with beef roast (recipe is identical otherwise).
Shredded BBQ chicken
2 frozen, boneless breasts. 1/2-3/4 bottle of Kraft BBQ sauce - because it's inexpensive). 1/4c or more of favorite (expensive) spicy BBQ sauce.
It truly is the most magical place on earth! Disney 2011
I don't remember where I found this recipe but we all love it.
2 bone in chicken breasts (skin removed), jar of salsa, can of black beans. I cook on high for 6 hours. Take chicken out, shred off of the bone. Add 2 tbls cream cheese, return shredded chicken, mix it up to make sure cheese has melted and everything is combined and serve over rice. DS like it with tortilla chips. Next time I make it, I want to add corn kernels to it.
I love this brisket recipe - it requires some prep, which I'm not a fan of when it comes to slow cooker recipes, but it's worth it: http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Brisket-100844
I also love that cranberry pork recipe, and Skinny Taste has never steered me wrong.

I make the recipe Deb mentioned a lot, myself and I also agree about the McCormick's seasoning packets. The Pulled Pork is SO.GOOD. and is impossible to screw up. I've made it many, many times, and it's never come out bad.
I'm intimidated by pork roast, don't ask me why, so I need to try the McCormick's packet for that one day..
