How much to list for (ebay)?

I'm finally making dh list my Pandora bracelet, and am not sure how to work the pricing. The bracelet and 3 charms retail for $160 and have never been worn. I want to get it listed tomorrow so it's in time to get to someone by Valentine's Day.

Is $80 too high or too low?

Re: How much to list for (ebay)?

  • I think it's fine. Some of the charms are limited edition and people pay higher for them than retail. It may be a little low even. Good luck!

  • Start it at $80 but add a reserve price that's higher.  If your highest bigger doesn't reach the reserve, you can choose to sell it to them or not, depending on your comfort level with the final price.
  • The reserve price is a good idea. I'd love to get $100, but I'm fine with $80. I'm putting the money toward a new iPhone. I hope it sells! I feel bad because it was a gift from a student, but I don't wear bracelets ever. I'd much rather have a new phone.
