Clicky poll:child gps trackers

Re: Clicky poll:child gps trackers

  • Like a microchip?  Or an ear tag?  ;)

  • If my kids were old enough and wanted to walk home from school in the future, I would consider it.
The nestie formerly known as MrsV2005. I just realized I have no recent pictures of me or the kids! Guess I need to get the camera out!

Do they make micro chips that have a gps in them?  I would totally put that on my pups.

I would totally put that on my kids. I'm sure it violates all kinds of human rights laws too. Damn. I'd settle for a necklace, bracelet, anklet.

I would put that in my kid and my dog.  I know, "Big brother" and all of that.

But what is to stop a perv from taking my kid's tracker thingy off of him, or out of his bag or whatever.  Bad people know all the tricks...  they know what to look for, I feel like there is no good place to hide something like that.

(Don't get me wrong, I will still Lo-Jack Coop in any way that is available when he is older.) Embarrassed

  • I'm all for putting them in children, so long as they automatically deactivate when the child turns 18.  I also think only law enforcement agencies should have access to tracking them under, very specific circumstances so that they aren't abused by parents for spying on their kids 24/7.
