Any recipes with chicken tenderloins?

I accidentally got a package of them, thought they were beasts.  what do you make with your chicken tenderloins?  I've never used them before, what do I do with that white thing...just leave it?

You can make pretty much anything you would normally make with a breast. It just cooks in less time. I have even cut them in chunks for sauting. I generally remove the white thing if i'm cutting them up. If i'm just breading them or baking them as is, the white things just stays in, lol!

You can just snip the end off if you want.

I hope it was ok. I stumbled upon it when I was looking for a shrimp recipe. I may try it this weekend as well. I hate suggesting recipes I haven't tried but it looked easy and yummy!
